Namaste, I'm Tejal!
I am a Certified Ayurveda Physician (Vaidya) originally from India. I have completed my degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from the University of Mumbai, India. Later I have also completed Post Graduate certificate course in Panchakarma (P.G.P.P) from the University of Pune, India.
I offer Ayurvedaconsultation, Ayurveda Hälsorådgivning at Salve Hälsocenter, Stockholm and at Odenplans Naturhälsa, Stockholm. Panchakarma Treatments at Vedanam, Stockholm.
I have been practicing Ayurveda for more than 15 years and living the path of Ayurveda for over 20 years.
The power of Ayurveda is in learning how to bring its wisdom into each day. This wisdom cultivates awareness for healthy habits to flourish and grow to create lasting health.
Ayurveda has taught me how to live in accordance with the rhythms of nature, how to eat seasonally for better health and how to prioritize self care so I have abundant energy to care for my family and clients.
My aim is to support you in finding the balance and health that you want in your life. In our modern world we all crave more time, more space and more joy. I can help you to reclaim these basic needs to create deeper and lasting health.
