I am a Certified Ayurveda Physician (Vaidya) originally from India. I have completed my degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from the University of Mumbai, India. Later I have also completed Post Graduate certificate course in Panchakarma (P.G.P.P) from the University of Pune, India. 

I offer Ayurvedaconsultation, Ayurveda Hälsorådgivning at Odenplans Naturhälsa, Stockholm. Since 2010, I have been practicing Ayurveda in Stockholm, Sweden. I understand and speak fluent Swedish.

I have been practicing Ayurveda for more than 18 years and living the path of Ayurveda for over 20 years.

 

The power of Ayurveda is in learning how to bring its wisdom into each day. This wisdom cultivates awareness for healthy habits to flourish and grow to create lasting health.

Ayurveda has taught me how to live in accordance with the rhythms of nature, how to eat seasonally for better health and how to prioritize self care so I have abundant energy to care for my family and clients.
