Explore Ayurveda with Vaidya Tejal with online Zoom or Google meet Ayurvedic Health Consultation. It basically everything you would get in a face to face session except some on the traditional diagnostics remain inconclusive. i.e. pulse & tongue diagnosis and any potential palpation.

In this session you will receive recommendation on Ayurvedic herbs, dietary advice according to your body constitution (which we will find out by Dosha test), some Pranayama (Breathing exercise) and Yoga advice as well as some lifestyle changes.
